DMCA — Mualliflik huquqi
Oxirgi yangilanish: 12-oktabr, 2026
tvuz.online — telekanallar va radiostansiyalar katalogi hamda qidiruv xizmati. Sayt video va audio fayllarni o‘z serverida saqlamaydi, yozib olmaydi va kodlamaydi. Efirlar internetda ochiq joylashtirilgan uchinchi tomon manbalaridan (telekanallarning rasmiy oqimlari, CDN va boshqa saytlar) olinadi — biz faqat shu manbalarga havola beramiz.
1. Mualliflik huquqi egalari uchun
Agar saytdagi havola sizning huquqlaringizni buzayotgan bo‘lsa, bizga yozing. Asosli shikoyat bo‘yicha material 72 soat ichida olib tashlanadi.
2. Shikoyatda nima bo‘lishi kerak
- Huquqi buzilgan asar (telekanal, ko‘rsatuv, film, radio) nomi va tavsifi.
- Saytimizdagi sahifaning to‘liq manzili (URL), masalan: https://tvuz.online/uzbek-live-tv/29-….html
- Siz huquq egasi yoki uning rasmiy vakili ekanligingizni tasdiqlovchi hujjat.
- Aloqa ma’lumotlari: to‘liq ism, tashkilot, e-pochta, telefon.
- Materialdan foydalanishga ruxsat berilmaganini tasdiqlovchi bayonot.
- Ma’lumotlar to‘g‘riligi haqidagi bayonot va imzo (elektron imzo ham qabul qilinadi).
To‘liq bo‘lmagan yoki huquq egasi ekanligi tasdiqlanmagan murojaatlar ko‘rib chiqilmaydi.
3. Biz nima qilamiz
- Murojaat qabul qilinganini e-pochta orqali tasdiqlaymiz.
- Shikoyatni tekshiramiz va asosli bo‘lsa havolani saytdan o‘chiramiz.
- Kerak bo‘lsa manba (CDN yoki uchinchi tomon sayti) haqidagi ma’lumotni taqdim etamiz.
- Takroriy buzilishlarda tegishli manbani butunlay bloklaymiz.
4. Muhim eslatma
Sayt materiallari faqat shaxsiy, tijoriy bo‘lmagan ko‘rish uchun mo‘ljallangan. Foydalanish shartlari «Foydalanish qoidalari» sahifasida bayon etilgan.
